  • Overview

    This position sells short-term rental furniture to business-to-business or business-to-consumer over the telephone, email or general correspondence by primarily responding to inbound product requests.

    Responsibilities

    • Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to qualify all sales leads generated from call center, company website and assigned referrals to sell products and services.
    • Assesses customer needs, consults on options, up sales by emphasizing salable features, quotes prices, credit terms, negotiates contractual agreements, and prepares obtained sales orders.
    • Assesses availability of product to meet customer needs and/or suggests alternative product when necessary.
    • Schedules delivery and pick up in coordination with district warehouses, client and event venue when necessary.
    • Follows up on closed business to evaluate customer satisfaction and to probe for additional business.
    • Investigates and resolves customer related issues.
    • Is responsive to customer needs, requests, and concerns on a 24/7 basis.

    Qualifications

    • Associate College degree or 2 years related industry experience without a degree.
    • Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
    • Excellent communication and reasoning skills, computer proficiency, Phone skills, follow through skills, and account development and management skills.
    • Ability to quickly connect with others and demonstrating exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to self-direct and work independently.
